    this is my response to Newton and rjngh2000 On 12/4/01 I faxed inquiry for my self and wife, I gave them our information, I think they opened our cases on 12/26 because of the fax. My attorney did not file: Medical exam, Employer Letter or W2 and pay stubs. I got RFE for the above...

    Man, EAD not valid for re-entry to the us if you have AP just use it for travel if you do not have valid H1 stamp

    I think you have to have your I-485 filed at SF so you can get your AP at SF
