how i can get copy of receipt i-485 aos.we sent i-485 at 11/00. in this time we not get receipt for my wife. any advice helpfull.

simply we did not get receipt notice for i-485 (wife"\'s) . and now time for second ead ,without receipt you cant prove your adjustment and appliy for ead.

I-485 sent in 11/00??? You never got the receipt?

Should\'ve followed up with INS a long time ago. If they have lost or never received your wife\'s application, you might need to file it again.
 
i have bank check with wac # .i think receipt just lost.

i check avm since 11/00 thic wac # ,case pending.wife did FP.all fine.only case still pending 14 months and now time for second ead.without receipt ins not accept i-765.do any body ask copy from ins?
 
Good that you have the WAC#

Thank god that they have the application. You should call the IIO and tell them that you never got the receipt and now you need it for filing EAD. They will perhaps advise you better. I hope that you have the copy of the finger print notice with you. That might help too. It seems like its not that big a problem.
