Yes, My wife\'s RFE was for the same. U do not have to go thru a physical check up once again. Ur RFE notice will actually tell u what is wrong with the original 693 form. All u have to do is go back to the doctor and get a new 693 form with the corrected data.

My RFE Notice has a WS Number on it and it includes the name of Fernandez. I assume that it\'s the name of the officer who handled my case. It\'s the same with dsm2sjc.

sorry for the late reply dsm2sjc If u look at the WS numbers of us both - its the same, look at the name that appears along with the number - its the same, and then we have been asked the same set of docs. I guess we are handled by the same person. Hope he does not delay our cases for too long...
