leeee, I'm a march '02 filer with no second FP. I haven't tried as much as you have but the last 3 enquiries have stated "please allow sufficient time".

My guess is that they had a new release of their software. This release is able to figure out when the case file was accessed to respond to an inquiry. They must have run a few thousand cases at a time -- hence the 7/26 and 7/27 LUDs.

LUD changed finally on my case wac-02-135. Lawyer sent enquiry exactly a month ago. He got a reply today saying "FP were expired, new FP will be scheduled". LUD changed today though. Hopefully it means a second FP notice waitn2long wac-02-135

AC21 and re-entry with AP ? Anybody done this? At SFO specifically? It seems that people entering on AP are asked "are you working for the same employer". Was wondering why and what if the answer is "no" ?
