Call from NCSC

I've received a call from NCSC stating that they responded to my inquiry.

After couple of hours the status changed as mentioned above.

Here is email I got:

On July 14, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerningyour case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date,please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I don't know if it is RFE or something else. Waiting for letter from USC.

Strange message

My wife and myself got the same message as follows. :mad:
Is this RFE? However, my friend got approval two days after getting the message.

This message looks like the response for calling NCSC 800 number or making any kind of inquiry with USCIS (such as 1st/2nd Level fax inquiries etc).

I was kind of worried when I received a call from NCSC about this status change. The person called me did not give any other information. She said it could be an RFE, but I dont believe it. Today my LUD changed again.

I got this email too today (7/26) (my first from the automated LUD website)

Lawyer got an email response on 7/17 saying "please allow adequate time"
