Hi Desi_boston, even though ur NC cleared on 02/07, when you call after u receive the 2 FP (March 07), USCIS rep told you that ur NCis still pending, is it right?? Do u know when was ur NC cleared (date)??

Hi Bassualdo, I think TSC has latest info, when I spoke to the rep, she told me that they got the FP2 results (which I had it on 04/05/07). The WOM just triggered FP2 not namecheck !! Even my latest LUD is on 03/15

I just called TSC , my namecheck is still pending.Don't why they send 2nd FP ??? its frustrating.

Hi Desiboston, do u know when was ur NC cleared?? I am stuck in NC from Jan 2005 , filed WOM in Jan 2nd Week (US atorney asked for 30 day extn). I got my 2nd FP. Do u think the FP2 is another routine proecess?
