Yiwen Why don\'t you let someone else, such as your boss, to write the letter for you. Our HR manager was on vacation last two weeks. My boss (the group director) wrote the letter for me. And it works.

Nothing was wrong in my case My case is very simple and straightforward. I never changed my job, my position and my address. Do you think it is a special message for my case? I just wondering what kind of message the other people got after they sent back their RFE responses.

VSC received my RFE response today (the RFE asked employer\'s verification letter and three paystubs). Just checked AVM, it said "On February 27th, 2002, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It will take between 350 and 540 days for us to process this...

My RFE was sent out on 2/12 also And my attorney got it on 2/18. I am in PA and my attorney is in DC.

My detail PD 03/00 RD 4/4/01 ND 5/4/01 FP 12/7/01 EB2 (RIR) On 01/10/02, my FP was reviewed and the case was resumed. On 02/12/02, AVM said "we mailed out a notice requesting additional evidence or information ......".

I get the same message last night If I call IIO, will he/she tell us what additional information is needed? This may save us some time to prepare the documentations. Another question, after INS received the RFE response and if everything is OK, usually how long will be taken to get...

My lawyer got my FP notice but I didn\'t My FP notice was shceduled on 12/07/01. My lawyer said that I should get one also. But I never received it. I guess it was lost or my address in INS was wrong. I asked my lawyer to check it with INS. Haven\'t gotten the results yet.

If I didn\'t remember wrong, EB2 became current in May 2001.  

I did my FP on the same day (12/7/01) and the avm is still "your I-485 was received......".
