PP experience in Philadelphia

Can anybody share their experience in Philli for Passport stamping. In Philadelphia location do they accept courtesy copies? Please let me know.
 
Yes they do.

I did the PP stamping yesterday. I went to there at 10:00AM and got stamped at 11:45AM. When you
get in, go to window #5 at the first floor to get a number. Then all you need to do is site there and wait.
When it is your turn, turn in your documents (I-94, AP, EAD, photos, approval notice, PP), do the FP, sign
the card. Then, you will get PP stamped.
