does FP appointment letter get send to lawyer or to applicant?

I am in Texas 485 filed in VSC. RD Nov 23rd. ND Dec 12
Did any texas candidates in VSC receive FP notice recently. Please post your RD and ND

My lawyer got my FP notice but I didn\'t

My FP notice was shceduled on 12/07/01.
My lawyer said that I should get one also. But I never received it. I guess it was
lost or my address in INS was wrong. I asked my lawyer to check it with INS. Haven\'t
gotten the results yet.
 
I didn\'t know it got sent to the lawyer.

I received my FP notice from INS on Dec 14 which was scheduled on Jan 11. I didn\'t inform my lawyer until 1 week prior to the schedule date. After that, I got an "automatic reminder e-mail" (as my lawyer called it) from him to remind me not to miss my FP appoitment.

I wonder if I didn\'t inform him at all, was my lawyer going to tell me about the FP notice? It\'s a "common" problem for my lawyer not to informing "things." One of the reason why I got so fed up with him.
 
Fp notice goes to candidate. It will also go to lawyer if your lawyer

has attached G28. many company lawyers don\'t attach G28. In that case, only the candidate gets the notice. Hope it clears..
 
Yes. Lawyer did attach G28 along the I485 package.

It\'s "understandable" that the lawyer didn\'t tell me anything. He doesn\'t provide any information for me.
