Thanks cmati, handsome & ag28 I went back to same doctor he check the box & put his Initail there. he also ask for my passport photograph signed by me in back which he put inside the sealed cover along with the I-693. ag28, doctor had recommand for X-ray, I also did the x-ray & result...

Ref issued for medical examination. Doctor forget to tick mark chet x-ray Normal Box. am i suppose to do pysical examination again or doctor can just chek the box & send the same old form Thanks

wtf, there is photo shop inside Boston INS service center so if u dont have photo & they need it u can get it right there. RAD filing fees are $ 120.00 & you have to take MO or Banker cheque with you. Even you can purchase MO from the shop inside the boston INS burt it safe to take it...

X admin I am not sure about some one applying new EAD. But if you have seen other thread here on this site about NO same day EAD @ Boston, Which syas people are given simple letter that they will here with in 30 days from INS. Beside that when you take Ticket Boston @ INS service center...

hi all I went today to boston office for EAD renewal. They give me receipt & a note stating your EAD approved. But come again during 12/9/02 - 12/13/02 for New EAD Card. On aksing this to clerk she said, Camera Not working & they can't take Photo. So I have to visit them Once more...

Rick, What document you have to submitt with your EAD renewal application.? Do we need photograph.? Mine, mife wifes & my sons EAD expired in 1st week of Jan. I was planing to go boston for renew it in next week.
