Ref issued for medical examination.

Doctor forget to tick mark chet x-ray Normal Box.

am i suppose to do pysical examination again or

doctor can just chek the box & send the same old form

Go to the same Doctor and get the box checked . You do not need to undergo another exam !

also ask the doctor to initial near the box with the current date.

and the X-ray negative. there should be no problem. Did the doc recommend INh and did you take them. Most people from asia show eposure to TB as seen by ppd positive but if x-ray is normal, then you dont have active TB.

I went back to same doctor he check the box & put his Initail there. he also ask for my passport photograph signed by me in back which he put inside the sealed cover along with the I-693.

doctor had recommand for X-ray, I also did the x-ray & result was negative. Only problem was the doctor forgot to check box on form I-693 regrading x-ray result negative & therefore BCIS issued me REF.
