Dose LUD changes after NC or it will remain same??

I got, appointment date was 10/27 for me and for my wife. And for my daughter it was 11/1. But, when I went for my FP I requested the officer over there to take FP of my daughter also, and they agreed. Thanks Maheshwar

I went for FP yesterday(10/27/2006), my PD is current under EB1. Now I have to wait.......

Hi, My daughter’s I-94 expires on Feb 12 2007. But, she is having valid visa till Dec 2007 and Passport valid till Nov 2009. I don't know why she got her I-94 like this. Anyway, do I have to apply for her I-94 extension? Or it is not required as we already applied for I-485. Please suggest...
