I tried to set up an Infopass appointment on line. Tried yesterday and today, both time got stuck on the 'Select date' step. All dates in July and August are showing as black squares - click on them, nothing happened. Anyone knows anything about this? Thanks

They won't tell me about my name check status but, I guess it has a lot to do with which agent you got on the phone with you. Some are a lot nicer and more willing to help than others. I called them a couple times. The first time I got an uber nice agent but unforturnately I have not done...

Well, i did not use eFile, and my dates are in the signature. I have not hearded anything from NSC yet, so for me, NSC does not seem to be any faster.

Yep, Shokaido is right. If she has used all her H4 visa stamps (meaning leaving and re-entering the US using those visa stamps), her I-94 MOST LIKELY would have been up to date. Problem is that she only obtained these stamps, but never actually went through the custom using these visa...
