I thought that "being at a camp" in this case referred to the nature of his wife's job. No?
I would never reschedule an interview for any reason. Camster, do you think it's really necessary? Can you avoid doing it?
I'm sorry to hear that, but as long as you have a legitimate marriage, which you do, you will be approved. It just sucks that she had to act that way and she hurt your feelings for no apparent reason.
My IO, on the contrary, was very interested in photographs - she looked at ALL the pictures we had. I guess, it depends on the IO's personal preference :)
I don't think 300 million people can be considered "underpopulated", regardless of the size. If anything, India and China are overpopulated.
I'm all for increasing skilled workers' immigration and eliminating extended family.
You're right. It is very hard to remember some of the things they asked about. I would have a hard time trying to recall what I gave my husband on his last birthday, let alone what underwear he might be wearing.
It is all listed on your interview letter. Bring everything immigration-related (whatever mail you got from USCIS), all bio papers (passport, driver's licence, birth certificate, etc.) and all that you have that proves that you really live with your spouse - joint bank account statements...
It is certainly true for Canada - you can travel with your passport and green card, you do not need a visa! You can check here:

No problems. My skin test is always positive, no matter what. And it doesn't mean I have TB. It just means something's royally screwed up in how my system and that test interact :)
An X-Ray is the way to go. If it's good, your husband shouldn't have any worries. :) I don't understand what...
It is not possible to overstay an F-1 visa. F-1 status doesn't expire. Your I-94 should say D/S, which means you were admitted for the duration of status.
If, however, you haven't been taking classes full time or got a grade below C for a class, you fell out of status. Same rule applies if...
Congrats on the good interview! :)
I don't know what a "security check" is, but if you haven't committed any crimes USCIS don't know about, you will be fine! :)
...But even if a GC holder applies for benefits that are not means tested, isn't the government supposed to collect the cost of these benefits from the sponsor? At least, that has been my impression for quite some time now. Am I wrong?
Was your interview right before your second anniversary? Had it been after, you would have got a 10-year card...
You can file for divorce, wait till it's finalized, and file I-751 good faith waiver - that is, try to convince USCIS that you entered the marriage in good faith, but it didin't...
You bet. My brain just exploded.
As others have said, the only option that can produce results at this point, is an Infopass. I think calling the 1800 number is useless - it is useless even for simple questions, so I wouldn't expect any help from them in a complicated situation like that.
