    I had a similar situation!! I used my H1 and my used AP at POE!!! We did not face any knid of problems. there will be a secondary check for all the persons using AP. So my wife had to goto for the secondary inspection, where they checked her 485 details etc.

    You H1B might get rejected because GC got approved!! Same thing happened to me for EAD extension. I applied for EAD extension and got my GC approved before EAD got renewed. Later got a letter of denial of EAD extension because my GC got approved.

    What\'s the problem with U? If some one is doing a voluntary work either you should appreciate that person or keep quite!! Of course!! you can allways let others know about other good sites!! But you cannot criticize someone for the good job he/she is doing for free!!

    U should get some kind of receipt from INS FP agency when you have done your FP You can use that receipt as proof for your FP and proceed further!!
