Question about AVM

My application # is EAC-01-062-XXXXX and I just have one date from my attorney. He mentioned that receipt notice date was 12/19/2000. AVM also says the same. Does this mean RD or ND? Can someone clarify?

I started expecting a good news from the INS anytime as they have started processing the Dec\'00 cases.

Also I want to talk with an IIO. I called the INS at 1.35pm PT from San Francisco, and I didn\'t get any options to talk with an IIO. What are their working hours?

IIO hours are 8 a.m - 4 p.m EST.

The AVM tells you:
- the ND
- working hours : 8am - 1pm (ET)
- It seems that INS is processing Nov2000 (and starting Dec2000)
