Dice12, My case was marked for esclation after calling to TSC (using POJ), she said after looking with my receipt she told she will send to suprvisor. After 1 week I got approval.

It was no use after travel for 2 hrs. I did not get any info other than the status on the case status website have. But some times it might be useful. It depends...

I sent a letter in Apr to FL and got EXACTLY same reply (i.ecurrently in process). I observed that many people who wrtoe a letter to FL got a response with processed/finalized and sent to USCIS on so and so date(i.e. cleared). I am not sure if our kind of response (i.e Currently in process)...
