u dont need to wait. i just kept calling and last wed they did not give me any time line.another thing that u can do is ask ur spouse to raise an enquiry even if u cant.i did the same.my wife called up and said her case was out of processing time and they gave her all the details and then i did...
guys just recd the emails that both me and my wife r approved.same message as a lot of others.thanks a lot to all the guys here on this forum who helped me at my worst last year.

just spoke to nsc.they said that they r right now processing pending cases who received RFE last year around the time of july 13 till aug 13 and that those people r in que now and should be receiving decisions in next 4 weeks ,coz they have this 4 week window.does it make any sense?
results of infopass
went for infopass yesterday.was told that my case was on extended review.name check had expired in feb and the ins have requested for fresh one on march 13th,the day of my fingerprinting.as soon as they get the results ,they will send me a letter.

i just called nsc and they told me my name check is pending .4 th fp done on 13 march .no lud .
ead was denied on june 7th due to i 140 revokation and also becoz of noid being undelivered .
see the signature for all that happened on i 485 for that.inspite of repeated calls and letters nothing.
3 weeks back called up the senator and they did a grt job of following up.nsc told the senator...
lud on my wife's approved ap after sending rfe.lud on my denied ap and ead.
i had called the nsc regarding denials as they were denied due to service error.called up the senator too in this regard.
the senator called back saying they (nsc)were waiting for a motion to reopen letter for both ead...
it depends on what u prefer.for e filing u have to go for finger priniting ,but for paper filing u dont.
in my case a decision for e-filed ead took around 5 weeks , it was denied due to uscis error ,but it took almost the same time for my wife's ead to be approved.
