Any AC21 filler had approval at NSC?

Please share if any AC21 filler had any approval at NSC. My guess is they are skipping these type of people from the so-called "pool".

Ac21

I had an RFE for continued employment and on same month my company was acquired by another big firm. Changed lawyer representation and invoked AC21.

Contact senator office, you will see approval in a week. I got it approved on 6/19 (pd 10/2001,rd 8/2003)
