I got a acknowlege email on Oct. 6. Then a few LUDs after that (last one was Oct. 13). Now it becomes quiet. :(

to Apollo_13 Yes I am EB2. Yeah, the attorneys were slow because (I guess) they have no incentive to speed thing up. Once they filed I-485 for you, they want to keep you around for as long as possible (AP/EAD renewal is good cash cow they'd love to have).

CIS issued RFE on 09/13, attorneys replied yesterday. Any experience on how soon the CIS will open the RFE and update their system? The REF is asking empolyment verification letter and last 3 year w-2s. Thanks.

Same here. Could this be another "mass FP notice"? I am not too excited since if CIS really want to approve me, they could have already done so since the first FP is still valid. More info about my case: First FP done in April 04. I-140 approved Oct 04. EB2 concurrent.

Got the email this morning. I-140 approved on Oct. 13. No update on I-485, still the FP received messages. RD is early January, 2004.

Recd. by DOS 10/22, withdrew 12/12, got passport 12/14 without visa. Any way, this is a good place for informatio sharing. Good luck to you guys who are still waiting.

Any one know how long it takes the DOS to return the passport if I withdraw? Reached DOS on 10/22, still waiting. Need to travel on 12/23, may have to cancel it next week.
