Eastsideduede.. I also got a LUD on 7/8 on my I-1485 and EAD (EAD is approved a month back).

Any LUD Eastsidedude or others any LUD on your I-485. My FP was done on 06/06. Then I see a LUD on my I-485 on 06/07. After that pretty quiet. No LUDs. I have my EAD/AP/and I140 already approvde. Thanks

Hi my H1B also expiring in November but our company lawyer already started to processing it. I have I-495 pending. I asked the lawyer about H1B and he mentioned that our company policy is to extend the H1B regardless of the I-485 status. Yes you can extend H1-B.

I agree with Capvo. For our own satisfaction we monitor the LUD but most of the time those do not make any sense. Anyhow if you see a LUD on your case you feel good that someone is looking into your file and it is not collecting dust. :-).

I have not seen any LUD on my I-485 after 06/07/2006. I will update this forum if I see one.
