TD for spouse ur spouse can come to US on TD visa if at all ur on TN status in US. For TD it doesnt matter weather u have PR from canada or citizen of any country. She can get stamped for TD visa in US consulate( india)

Never go TN while on 485 Absolutely right what nelsona mentioned.Ur lawyer has limited information about TN. So dont go to border to get TN bcs TN doesnot have immigration intent.

Salary is not the criteria for TN No

Pls submit Bcs once i applied for TN by e file and i dint submit the documents and in a month it got denied then i went to border to get a new TN. So its very important to submit all documents in 7 days after filing for TN.

Hi Friends Finally COS from TN to H1B got approved with I-94. But in the I-94 country of citizenship is written as India instead of canada. Advice needed
