One more question in this topic. When you send your resume for a second renewal with the same employer, does the resume need to have the latest job description with the current employer? or would last year's resume (previous TN) be sufficient? Thanks,

These are company checks, would I still get a receipt? I mean would USCIS mail us a receipt back? So I would put both application in one envelope and two seperate checks. Would we get any feedback mail? Should I provide them with an email so they send us any tracking number?

Hello all, Can 4.7 years experience pass for EB2 processing for the GC? Are they strict on 5? The experience I have some of it was gained during and before obtaining my degree as Systems Analyst consultant. With my current employer my total experience is 5.5 years. I only have a BSc degree.
