TN as support engineer

I previously received my TN as programmer analyst, and now I want to get a TN for a new company that is insisting to keep the title as Support Engineer. Their company lawyer wrote me the support letter. How do you feel about this? I know it is a bit risky to not go as System Analyst especially that my degree is in computer science. Anyone went through similar experience?
 
A coworker of mine went to the border with a similar title, and the officer asked if he has an engineering degree. He said no, and the officer said, "I will ask you onw more time, are you a Support Engineer, or a Computer Systems Analyst?" He answerd CSA, and was told get get the letter fixed. The officer told him that had he answered tht he was a "Suport Engineer" then he could have barred him entry because he was trying to impersonate an engineer. The moral of the story is, you have to be careful with the word "engineer". Its similar to claiming you are a doctor without a doctorate.
