The missing information on your screenshot usually indicates an "in-process" status but there might be other issues. I would suggest that you follow-up with your employer since PBEC/202 would only speak to an employer/attorney. I guess they don't talk to aliens like us :)

Any Approvals? I saw one CA guy from the other forum and his case no starts with P-04255. I'm wondering if there are other approvals between P-0425x and P-043xx made recently. Anyways, hope we don't belong to those cases who were issued NOFs by Stefanko before he retired. Now I know why...

It's good to know people being approved on this forum. However, it is also sad to fall short of our expectations. We've been on this waiting game for a long time and I'm encouraging everyone to hold on. Knowing that I'm not alone on this ordeal gives some affection ... hope this helps ...

Congratulations! Did your case went to region before PBEC and when? Just curious if PBEC had changed their FIFO rules since your 45DL was just very recent. TIA

I called the number and was able to talk to somebody but she said; a) they cannot verify case status from their end b) told me to call PBEC directly (only Attorney or employer can call though) She asked me for my PD as well and gave me some information that they're still processing 2001...

This is probably a good sign. The fact that case didn't reached its region, RD might not be a factor. It seems that PBEC is still adjudicating more 2002 PDs. Keeping the hope alive ...

They're not taking our calls seriously. P/D stands for Phili and Dallas. Bush already seek some downpayments to establish the border ... Wish that they allocate something to speed-up the adjudications :(
