My priority is p-4308 too...sigh i hope it will be soon. my company is not doing too well..need to file my I140 soon before the company's financial goes to the dumps. praying hard!!!!!

lost hope on this. Thinking other ways to get out of this fuss.( Agreed - nothing else is working ).
Can we expect to wait for one more year or so.

can any of you (earlier PDs stuck in PBEC) post if the job requirements for the LC application required experience?
Is it possible that they are picking cases only if the applicant had experience?

Mine certainly had experience requirement (BS + 2yrs, I think)

I am June 2002 CA EB3 ...still waiting anxiously.

I noticed in BEC tracker that some of JUne/EB3/CA were approved..but their approval date was not recent.......( like May or June 2006)

keep me posted...I noticed your PD is closer to mine.....

my PD is changed in the snapshot

I have been following this forum for quite some time now...I have sent an email for the snapshot today and have noticed that the PD is changed from 11/05/2002 to 11/17/2004. My Case received date was 11/17/2004 and now in the email the case received date is 07/06/2006. I am not sure what has happened, but I would like to know if any one has seen this happen. Please let me know. Please find my details in the signature.

I am contacting my lawyer to find out more...

My PD is Sep 02 and still waiting. No way to get status... so frustrated..... almost at the point where I feel like giving up and going back.

I'm wondering if people on this queue had received NOFs.
Perhaps, DOL is just buying time and instead of going through all the adjudication details it would just issue our LC approvals :D
My case is still pending and I never heard of any news or NOF from PBEC.

Heard two CA cases got NOFs

I heard two; one is someone I know and one is chinglun on this site.

Any Approvals?

I saw one CA guy from the other forum and his case no starts with P-04255.
I'm wondering if there are other approvals between P-0425x and P-043xx made recently. Anyways, hope we don't belong to those cases who were issued NOFs by Stefanko before he retired. Now I know why PBEC is slow, the CO was bound for retirement :D
