I had the same message during 140 approval stage. I was scared but received the approval notice. Do not worry. You re aproved.

Thanks to all the members on this board and Rajiv Khanna. We got the approval letters last Friday and got the passport stamped today. Will hang in here, check postings and provide help if possible. I hope all will be approved soon without any further delay.

Yes, that is what my lawyer advised me and I opted for EB3. It has worked out fine except for the long wait for 485 adjudication for all the EB categories.

Yes, my I-140 was approved for CP in Sept 01. Due to company merger/takeover, new company again filed Amended I-140, which was approved in Nov 02. I believe my case got transferred on random basis or it could be the merger reason too.
