Well, I was out of status back in 2001 plus on 2003 NSEERS program which has been cancelled now, required me to apply the adjustment of status at immigration court. So I was battling my status for 5 long years (well almost) and finally last month the judge granted my case.

I got my 245i approved and granted by judge last month and now am waiting for my physical "GC", you should have a good lawyer that can fight for you at the court just like mine.

Well, I guess it's just too early. I sent out mine 2 months before my expiration date and got approved less than a week of my expiration date. 90 days is the normal days you should apply for renewal.

If everything filled out correctly and other documents needed enclosed when it mailed out usually on the application there will be no RFE.
