HI all,

I'd like to know what is the time frame I can expect my physical "GC" to be issued? I'm under 245i and has been approved 3 weeks ago by the order of judge of immigration court. Btw my case is under i140 (employement based) and filed the i140 (approved dec 2006) and i485 concurrently.Thanks for any infos!.

First of all congratulations on your approval.
Could you give us some details about why your case ended up in the court?
 
Well, I was out of status back in 2001 plus on 2003 NSEERS program which has been cancelled now, required me to apply the adjustment of status at immigration court. So I was battling my status for 5 long years (well almost) and finally last month the judge granted my case.
