Hi, My company filed a PERM for me and what they did was they made mentioned of the LC filed in 2003 with the number (no 45 days letter yet for 2 LC in PBEC) in the PERM and the PERM got certified. Now they are trying to cancel both LC in BEC. Best of luck.
