What does certified means

I am new in this track but woukd like to know what "certify" means when you check status in PERM application. Does it mean an approval or what?

Yes my friend that's what it means. And if that is what your case is showing as , then CONGRATULATIONS. Please provide information as to when and what center it was filed under.

Date Filed: 01/12/2006
Date Certified: 01/13/2006
EB2/BSC Eq./9 years Exp./Network Admin.

Mine was filed from NJ (Atlanta Processing Center) on 10/20/2005 but no response yet. Filed in EB3/3 yr equivalency/7 yrs of experience/Network Admin.
