Hello guys,

my EB3 case has been certified on 10/27/2005, but we did not receive the hard copy yet. (after 182 days!)

Is anyone in same boat?

We sent a fax one week ago, no answer.

I just called them today

they sad:

you should wait a little bit longer or you can call the local USCIS Office for more Information, because (maybe) they sent the certificate to them! She wasn't sure about it, she just said it without to check the concrete case.

I'm totally confused, please share your comments

Thanks

Perm Approved - No hard copy

I am in a very similar situation. My Perm application has been approved for about 90 days now. Hard copy not received yet. My company attorney claims to have emailed several times. No reply received yet. Not sure whether hard copy is lost in mail.
What can be done to address this problem?
Any help from attorneys or users with prior similar experience will be greatly appreciated

You dont have to wait for the certified PERM to file your I140. If PERM has been certified you can file 140 and once you get a receipt notice you can request DOL. They will forward the copy directly to USCIS.

I hope it helps. \

In the INS instructions it is clearly stated that the original must be submitted with I-140. I can't predict what will happen if you do not submit original...
My perm arrived in 5 days. There should be a way to request the duplicate. Ask Human Resource office to contact DOL. I think you will get better results than from lawyer contacting DOL. This is just my opinion, at my workplace Human Resource person did not have any problem contacting DOL...

Perm - Waiting on Hard copy approval

thanks for the feedback. As far as i know the only way to address any issues with DOL on Perm cases is through email.
If anyone has any phone number where we can get better responses, please reply. I appreciate for all the responses received.
thanks
