Urgent - trying to contact the DOL

Hi everyone,

My employer is trying to get in touch with the DOL to check on the status of our registration ( it s been over a month and we have not gotten our password/pin ). My employer told me that she was not able to talk to a live person; she was only able to leave a voicemail.
Is this the correct phone number 202-693-3010?

Try this. I copied it from PERM FAQ
"If you have a technical question (for example, if you forgot your password), then please email those questions to plc.help@dol.gov"
