Just to let you guys know, My I-140 got approved yesterday my case EB2 filed with ability to pay letter not Federal tax return more then 100 employees I-140 RD aug-10-08 LUD aug-16-06 AD= dec-05-06 :) I-485 RD oct-16-06 LUD oct -18-06 no up dates so far

could any body tell me is it necessary to provide all the experience letter while filing I140, what ever we mention in LC. if some bodyhave already had the experience within the same company who is filing LC before the LC filing and approval date would that experience count in I140 thanks
