can i apply for visitor mother and mother in law visa together

i would greatly appreciate it if somebody let me know that can i apply for visit visa for my mother and mother in law together, currently i am on H1B, can i sponsor both of them together

Visitor visas do not need sponsorship. They must be able to support themselves. Though you can provide a letter of invitation, that they will stay with you and you will pay for their expenses... even then, they have to prove that they have strong ties to whatever country they come from.

if i am the financial supporter of my mother, then in that case what kinds of ties she should show..
