I just want to know if anyone has already successfully got his/her H-1 visa by teaching or serve special education in California. Any opinions will be appreicate.!!!

Does anyone know what is the possiblities for special education teacher hired in CA and get H-1 visa or greencard? And waht is the requirements for teaching in special education?

The processing time seems mean nothing to me, mine i-140 was filed in 12/2001, still waiting, the processing date is 1/31, and take 80-100 to process. If this is ture, my case has been approved a long time ago.

my lawyer said that it\'s normal to wait for 4-5 months to get i-140 done, since the receipt did ind I don\'t know waht to do now, can I call VSC by myself?

Thank you!! I don\'t know why everyone \'s i-140 got approval so fast, mine is always slowest. I know you can understand my feeling, right!! Hopeing we are the next one who get approval.
