INS Vermont processing times released

INS has release processing times today. It can be viewed at shusterman.com

The processing time seems mean nothing to me, mine i-140 was filed in 12/2001, still waiting,

the processing date is 1/31, and take 80-100 to process. If this is ture, my case has been approved a long time ago.

seems to me the current processing date 1/31 is right looking at their most recent approvals - but it\'s been quite some time since the last approval posted here -

I heard people talking about VSC posting their approvals in a "batch" mode, which also explains a lot of approvals appear (posted) on one day...hopefully we will see some soon...

It is not published by INS but by lawyer so it is not necessary right

Really? If it is true, It just means that the 1/31/2002 cases are processed but does not mean it fin

Going for CP in August, visa expires in mid Sep

I want to know the following.

1. Is there any visa time limitations when you go for CP?
2. I have heared that visa should be valid for at least 60 days when you go for CP, is it true?
3. Can you suggest any INS link from where this can be conformed.
