DO you need to submit Orginal I 140 approval at the time of Interview?  

Guys, For CP do we need last three year Federal Tax returns? I have W2 correction in 1999 and Filed 1999 partial income in 2000, Employer gave one more W2 in year 2000 for 1999 Income, so I filled Taxes in 2000, Including corrected income in 1999. will it be Okay ?

Brave Heart Brave heart I filled all the forms and sent it to lawyer. But I am not sure whether you can file individualy or not. You can get allthe forms at WWW.Immihelp.com, You can fill it online and take a print out. The forms I filled are I 485, g-325a, I 131(Advance Parole), I 767(EAD)...
