If your I-485 is pending and your Priority date is not current, they give you a 2 year extension. If your PD is current, they give you one. It has got nothing to do with your I-140

try certified postal mail. it takes a day or 2 extra, but its certified and you will have signature authorization for that one too. Not sure if you can send certified post to PO box either. but, wouldnt hurt to check

You are not alone bud, there are many companies taking advantage of our circumstances. But, if u are wanting to use Ac21, all u have to do is have ur 140 approved, make sure 485 is applied 180 before u change companies. Ur new job requirements should be same or similar to ur old requirement...
