RFE for 485 - USCIS address - Nebraska

Hi,

I got the RFE (G325a form, employer letter etc) from USCIS, Nebraska. I know the Nebraska PO BOX address. But I want to send it by FEDEX to have the tracking number.

May I know the Nebraska's physical address for 485 RFE.

Mailing address should be on the REF notice...

Hi,

RFE has the mailing address with PO box #
i.e P.O Box 82521, Lincoln, NE 68501-2521.

But FEDEX doesn't accept PO box number. So I have to send it to the physical address.


Can someone please help.

---------------------USE the ABOVE ADDRESS that is on RFE letter and no need to use FEDEX.

try certified postal mail. it takes a day or 2 extra, but its certified and you will have signature authorization for that one too. Not sure if you can send certified post to PO box either. but, wouldnt hurt to check

I have read in one of threads that someone replied to RFE and USCIS rejected the I485 as if "not replied". But the person claims that he has sent by USPS (post). I don't want to go through this scenario, what should I do ? Please help

Send it to the Address on the RFE. Send Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation or Send it Express mail (Next day by 12 noon) with Signature Confirmation. You should be fine. Sure!

------------------may be he/she sent RFE reply late or to wrong address. You don’t know what really happened. how many postings you read that RFE sent never reached USCIS? I don't want to go through this scenario, what should I do ?

Try here. They list both mailing thru USPS and private carrier.
