Promotions Hi, I just wanted to see if under the same situation (140 approved, 485 not filed), is it possible to get a promotion in the same company, under the same area of work? Like from Lead to Manager?

Certified !!! Finally.. after audit the online status shows certified..I have updated the tracker sheet..although it is too late for concurrent filing.. atleast a relief..:) Wishing those waiting still a good luck.. Anybody has idea how long it takes avg. for 140?

In Process to Audit Review Update on my case.. in the spreadsheet. I got update from my lawyer that they received request on information of newspaper ads and recruitment report..

Any updates - May/June filers Anybody waiting got any updates.. I am still waiting. My lawyer said they will contact DOL about the case..(donno why they waited so long..). But anyway it is just going to be a loooong wait.. :( :( :( :mad:

More info.. This is my first filing for PERM and there in none in BEC. Checked with lawyer on EB2 before filing and they said it is fine to do that. There are no queries on business necessity although it was mentioned in the application. Looks like the application is not reviewed at all.. :( :( :(

Totally Agree with GC_Reform I totally concur with GC_Reform's view. Why is PERM made online then? If they have to compare applications manually :(

iampppqqq, stautus changed from audit review to final review after 24th rerun. The status was in pending audit review since may 25th and I think there were no movement during that time due to the system review by DOL..

Mine filed on 25-May and lawyer says still pending audit review and mentioned that there was an unofficial notice that DOL is doing review on the software glitch reasonable for auto denials..
