My labor showed certified this afternoon. Lawyers yet to receive papers. Final report was submitted on 6/1, certified in less than 2 weeks.

NOF can be sent on any case. Once DOL is satisfied with your rebuttal, next steps of RI, RRI will resume.

I'm in the same boat as you are. My recruitment period was over by 04/20/07 but still have not received recruitment report. My lawyers are ignoring my emails to request status from DOL. Please let me know if you figure out a way to contact DOL.

May be I'm wrong but this might be a misconception that if there are no responses to your ad then RRI will be sent faster. Unless DOL processes all responses, how would they know which ad has responses and which one doesn't. My guess is, DOL must have received lot of responses and they are...

My job ad was removed from AJB.org on 04/20/07 but still there is no sign of RRI.

Lawyers received RI on 3/15 and ad was posted on AJB on 3/6.

Sorry, I sent another email to my lawyers for details on recruitment process, I haven't heard from her. On your specific case, if I remember correctly, recruitment process only happens at the state level. You don't have to do it again at the regional level.
