    Just got the email. My self pepared I140 was approved today. Filed on May,12,2005, got RFE Jun,14. Replied to RFE on Sep,3rd. LUD: Sep, 12th, 14th, and then approved today. To everyone that is still waiting: don't lose your hope, good news is on the way!
