SSN Issue
Employers must vary as I had two different jobs in the time that I was waiting for my SSnumber and neither of them were bothered as long as I had the EAD. I waited 12 weeks and many phone calls to SS office before I received my number in fact I received my GC before my SS number!!
Concurrently means "at the same time" so yes if they were filed at the same time they were concurrent. Therefore, as I understand it the I-485 and I-130 both have to be approved to enable a GC to be issued. If the two documents were not filed concurrently then I have no idea if that effects the...
Word from my attorney is:
"The I-130 is approved at the same time as the I-485 if they were filed concurrently. You cannot get the GC without both the relative petition and the AOS application being approve"

I was given verbal approval at the interview ( later received email confirmation) and asked if I intended to travel outside the US within the next 90 days. As I do not intend to do so the...
Have been following your case on the forum and just wanted to say "congratulations" at last you have got something done. Sorry I do not have any answers to your questions.
Good luck to you and your family
Conditional Status
Snalion ---Yes, assuming your application is successful in jULY then you will receive a Conditional GC . The officer that interviewed me fully explained getting the conditions lifted not less than 90 days before the GC expires as if you fail to do this then you will have to...
