    It is all up to you. The main thing is your citizenship cert. Passport can be applied from any State. :)

    You are a free man after oath. Moving isn't a problem at all, you don't even need to report to the INS. By the way, you said that you were confused by your interview result. How come you have a set date for oath that quick? Did you just receive a letter just now?

    Actually I don't know if that is hurting my friend: when his employer did his H-1 or Labor cert. (I'm not sure which one), the prevailing wage required was a lot more than what the employer would like to pay. The company then change my friend to a E36, so that they can pay him a lot less money...

    In New York (Garden City). The officer spent a total of 45 minutes investigate my file since the day I got my F-1 18 years ago. :(

    By the way, the officer looked very closely on my travelling records. He also questioned about the reasons why did I travel and what did I do outside the U.S. Therefore, make sure you know exactly where the stamps are on your passport.

    JeoF, I was able to provide every thing that the officer asked for in the interview, such as tax returns, marriage cert., employment termination letters, former employers' reference letters...... Based on the N-652 that I was given, does it look like I'm approved or not? What should I do...
