Currently I am working in Iowa. My understanding is that I have file I140 to NSC. And NSC will decide either NSC or TSC to handle my case. My lawyer told me today that I can directly file I140 to TSC without through NSC. Anyone heard of this news? Thanks.
Received deny letter from NSC. Got a 8-page decision letter.
Lesson:
1. do not use p-word anywhere in your document,
2. do not mention your supervisor if unnecessary
3. do not use too big shot as your recommendator. Make sure their credential would not eclipse yours. One complaint is...
Having big shots writing reference letter is not always a good idea. The official may find that their credential is better than yours. My FRE is an example.

One more question. Should I organize my evidence/doc in the order of categories, award, publication, judge I am targeting to? And I explain why I am qualified for that criteria.

Not yet. I do not quite understand this. Does it mean I have to provide their CV to show their professional credentials? Any suggestions will be welcomed.
