shibujoys -- 7th year and beyond extns are 1 year extension and not 3 yr. I know. My question was one year extension is unlimited(until get whatever result) or cumulated to max 3 yrs(that's three time one year extension).

H1 beyong 9 years? I have a related question: If Labor pending over 365 days(H1B hit 6th year) and nothing else gets approval, can H1B extended unlimited till Labor approval? Or H1B can only be extended to 9th year? Your input is highly appreciated.
