H1 beyond 9 years ?

Hi guys,
I am on my 8th year of H1. Had labor pending for more than 365 days
and extended H1 twice. My 140 was approved recently I am planning
to get my H1 extended again, do I get extension for another 3 yrs based
on new Yates memo or you can get for max of 9 yrs on H1??

here after you will get your extn in the increment of 3 years until your I 485 gets approved.

I have a related question:
If Labor pending over 365 days(H1B hit 6th year) and nothing else gets approval, can H1B extended unlimited till Labor approval? Or H1B can only be extended to 9th year?

Your input is highly appreciated.

Where did you get that fancy number 9, is it mega number?

you can go with your h1 until you die.

7th year and beyond extns are 1 year extension and not 3 yr.

I know. My question was one year extension is unlimited(until get whatever result) or cumulated to max 3 yrs(that's three time one year extension).
