Acquisition = employer change???

I am holding H1B under company A. A was just acquired by a fortune 500 company B. My company now is called: Company A – a B company. But A’s business, tax ID, address, personnel has no change. Basically nothing changed except paycheck and operating expenses are being sent from B.

Questions:
I am filling 8th year extension-
1.Do I need to put the Company A – a B company on the name of the employer when I fill H1B extension? Is this called changing employer or Amended petition? or Continuation with the same employer?

2.If the check paid to USCIS are from B and sponsorship is from A, we explain in the petition letter, will CIS accept it?

Any info will be highly appreciated!

Acquisitions and Mergers do not have any impact, it is more like continuation with the same employer.

Thanks a lot. We just filed the extension under the same employer and metioned the acquisition in the petition letter.
