I\'m testing my theory that INS has started processing the RFEs for I-140 because of the recent AC21 guidance released on June 20. I received an RFE for I-140 on April 7. Reply sent out first week of May. My AVM just got updated on June 20 to say that they have received the reply to my RFE.
